BuilderSoft Pvt Ltd is a Canadian software company. We started with construction, because builders were running complex, regulated operations on spreadsheets. The same operational core now runs restaurant floors on RPOS and team sprints on TaskFlow. We're expanding into licensed cannabis retail next, because the same gap exists there — and the same playbook closes it.

From one product to a platform company
2024
BuilderSoft CMS ships
We launch our first product: a construction management platform that puts project inventory, bookings, and payments in one system for builders and developers.
2025
The playbook becomes clear
Working with construction operators proves the thesis — regulated, physical industries need software where the industry's rules live in the data model, not in staff training.
2025
RPOS joins the portfolio
We onboard RPOS, a multi-tenant restaurant point-of-sale and kitchen operations platform, applying the same operational core — live state, auditable transactions, role-based access — to a second real-world industry.
2026
TaskFlow turns the core inward
We realize the same operational spine — live shared state, role-scoped permissions, an audit trail by default — is exactly what teams need from their own task tracker, and ship TaskFlow for sprint planning, task management, and team chat.

BuilderSoft becomes multi-product
We begin building Canna Commerce, a compliance-first e-commerce platform for licensed cannabis retailers, extending the same operational core to a fourth product and a third regulated industry.
