BuilderSoft Technologies Inc is a Canadian software company. We started with construction, because builders were running complex, regulated operations on spreadsheets. We're expanding into licensed cannabis retail, because the same gap exists there — and the same playbook closes it.

2024
BuilderSoft CMS ships
We launch our first product: a construction management platform that puts project inventory, bookings, and payments in one system for builders and developers.
2025
The playbook becomes clear
Working with construction operators proves the thesis — regulated, physical industries need software where the industry's rules live in the data model, not in staff training.
2026
BuilderSoft becomes multi-product
We begin building Canna Commerce, a compliance-first e-commerce platform for licensed cannabis retailers, applying the same operational core to a second regulated industry.
