Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website or using a BuilderSoft product, you agree to these terms. If you are using a product on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Use of services
You agree to use BuilderSoft products only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with the regulations applicable to your industry and jurisdiction. Accounts are for your organization's use and may not be resold.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis in Canadian dollars unless otherwise agreed. Plan changes take effect at the next billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Your data
You retain ownership of the data you enter into our products. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and back up that data in order to provide the service.
Disclaimers and liability
Services are provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuilderSoft's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Our software supports your compliance processes but does not constitute legal advice; you remain responsible for compliance with the laws that apply to your business.
