One platform for builders and developers to manage projects, unit inventory, bookings, customers, payments, documents, and reporting — from ground-breaking to final handover.
The problem
Most builders run multi-million-dollar projects across disconnected sheets, chat threads, and accounting files. The result is predictable: double-sold units, missed installments, and reports assembled the night before every lender meeting.
9 modules, all included
Not a toolkit you assemble — a complete operating system. Each module is included on every plan and connected to all the others.
Module 1 of 9
Model every development the way you actually build it — projects, towers, phases, blocks, and floors — with timelines and status visible to the whole team.
Module 2 of 9
A single live source of truth for every unit: specification, price, and availability that updates the instant anything changes.
Module 3 of 9
Capture every inquiry, assign it, and walk it through your pipeline — so no lead dies in a chat thread.
Module 4 of 9
Turn a negotiation into a booking in minutes — with the unit locked, the payment schedule generated, and the paperwork attached.
Module 5 of 9
Every installment, receipt, and outstanding amount — current to the minute, auditable to the penny.
Module 6 of 9
Give buyers a clean view of their unit, schedule, and payment history — and cut the “what's my balance?” calls to zero.
Module 7 of 9
Every agreement, KYC document, and letter attached to the booking it belongs to — searchable, versioned, and never lost in email.
Module 8 of 9
The numbers leadership asks for — sales, collections, inventory aging — live, filterable, and export-ready for lenders and partners.
Module 9 of 9
Sales sees the pipeline, accounts sees the money, management sees everything — and every action is logged.
How it works
Every module hands off to the next automatically. Data is entered once and flows through the entire lifecycle — no re-typing, no reconciliation.
1
Define the project, phases, and unit inventory with pricing rules and payment plan templates. Import existing inventory from spreadsheets in minutes.
2
Inquiries land in the CRM, get assigned to agents, and move through your pipeline with follow-ups and site visits logged against each lead.
3
Convert a lead into a booking: the unit locks instantly, the cost sheet is generated, and the payment schedule is created from your plan template.
4
Record installments as they arrive. Receipts generate automatically, outstanding balances update live, and reminders fire before due dates.
5
Sales, collection, and inventory dashboards are always current. Export lender-ready packs in one click instead of one weekend.
6
At possession, every agreement, receipt, and communication is already attached to the booking — a complete, auditable customer file.
Built for every seat
Connected stack
BuilderSoft CMS is the operational core — and it connects outward to the tools around it, so nothing gets typed twice.
Security, control & compliance
Granular permissions by role, project, and field — pricing and discount authority stay exactly where you put them.
Every booking, price change, payment entry, and cancellation is logged with user, timestamp, and before/after values.
TLS on every connection; encrypted storage for customer records, documents, and financial data.
Automated backups with tested restore procedures, so a hardware failure never becomes a data loss.
Your data is yours. Full exports available at any time — inventory, bookings, payments, and documents.
Discounts, cancellations, and refunds route through configurable approvals before they touch the books.
Getting started
Week 1
We model your projects, phases, and payment plans, then import your existing inventory and open bookings from spreadsheets.
Week 2
Roles are configured for sales, accounts, and management; agents are trained on the pipeline and booking flow in one working session.
Week 3
New bookings and payments run in BuilderSoft CMS alongside your old process. We verify the numbers match before you cut over.
Week 4 onward
Spreadsheets retire. We review reports with management, tune dashboards, and set scheduled exports for lenders and partners.
We stopped double-selling units the day we switched. The availability grid alone paid for the year's subscription in one avoided dispute.
Month-end used to take my accounts team four days of reconciliation. Now the collection report is just there. Current. Correct.
I open one dashboard every morning instead of calling three managers. Sales velocity, overdue installments, inventory aging — done.
